Don't jump to conclusions or make accusations...could be some seriously good tissues (I've seen some incredible Legendary Krayt Tissues) for all we know...Could be an extrordinary or legendary weapon...or could be an exploited weapon...there could be a number of reasons for such a good weapon existing...please don't immediately jump on the idea that it was exploit based...

Can't pup slice a Flamethrower. 0.1 speed though? That's insane. Typo?

The ideal range mod makes me think he had some looted barrels or stocks, maybe both as well as tissues.

It is a crafted weapon I'll try to post a screenshot, I used awesome krayt tissues form fitted stocks and looted barrles but thats all im gonna say for now.
