Yep, you read it right, I got it up about an hour before the server went down. Unfortunately... we have one minor problem...
NOBODY REMEMBERED TO DECLARE RESIDENCY IN THEIR HOUSES!!! ARRRRRGGHHHH!!!!
Yeah, I put it up and I look at the stats:
Residents: 1 Structures: 40
So.... if you've got a house in the city limits, declare residence in it asap!
I got 5 people in before the server went down, need 4 more.
Oh yeah, the city details:
Hall Location: Behind our guildhall
City Name: Twin Suns Valley
Now we just need to get 4 more people in to keep the hall...

If i can get connected to the server ill get to my house first thing. Now if only I could get into the server and get that done.

Have no clue star. There was actully someone running around as a master commando a couple hours before the server was first announced as going down. The guy was afk when me and a couple other people in the group found him then he evently went LD. But yea he had the master commando badge plus was holding a flamethrower.
Anyhow still trying to get connected and just waiting till it lets me in.

Well if the cap wasn't keeping me out I would be in there to declare residency 
A Master Commando running around in there? That woulda been odd... and interesting to here how it was done as well if it wasn't a CSR/Dev.

a dev dropped a Polo trainer for us in our city 
and aparantly there is a commando trainer on Lok somewhere that they forgot about :S

I highly doubt it was a dev sence well he only had the master commando badge and no others and not a single explore badge or anything.
So im thinking he found a trainer somewhere or something else happend and he got master commando.

Never been a polo, so I don't know, but do you need to redeclare residence after it is placed? Now as I think about it, I declared my residence as soon as I dropped my house as well back when we first started dropping them. Wonder if the house would be outta range?

Niether have I, so I have no idea. It may just be that, or it may take a while to update.
In any case, it's probably a good idea to redrop your house and redeclare.

Good idea.... IF I ever sneak past the cap tonight, I'll do that to be safe.
