I like to get all buffed up, put on some armor...and kill durni's.
I generally play my alt that is a ws lately.
PVE is fun....but well gets kinda old after a while.
PVP is NO fun...I get sick of missing. All the while the opponent is running away headshotting me till I die a slow miserable mind death. I sure wish commandos could run AND shoot at the same time with out taking a hit to our accuracy.
Or maybe just once .... run into a pvp encounter where it is not with a riflemen/fencer, or riflemen/cm. That would be fun.

Ive actualy moved on to City of Heros. Its not as bad as every one says. Plus the women heros look alot better in spandex and stuff hehe.
I plan on commin back once the CB and Space E comes. BUt i believe I have a month or 7 before that happens so I can get a uber guy there before I have to worry about comming back

Well I sometimes like to sneak into Anchorhead while overt, use Low Blow to KD an unbuffed rebel with no armor and a TEF on them, 1-shot them with my FT, then run away as fast as I can before any real PvPers show up.
I don't DB them, though, I just leave 'em incapped so the DOT can cause them massive wounds if someone heals them to unincap them, hehe.

I've started a total revamp of my Master Commando. I kind of got tired of waiting for the Commando to become Commando-like so I designed my own template. I'm not close to done yet, so I haven't had to drop Master Commando yet, but the time may come. Hopefully the combat imbalance will make me change my mind, but I doubt it. The record so far has not been encouraging.
This is my new template:
Marksman Master Pre-req
Scout 4-0-0-0 For Exploration-move rate+mask scent
Brawler 4-0-0-0 Pre-req
Commando 0-0-4-0 Keeping the one that works
TKA 4-0-4-0 For when someone gets in my face
Carbineer 0-3-4-0 Assault weapon-Crippling shot+Counter
Rifleman 4-4-0-0 Sniper Skills
Since I dropped medic to do this, I'm adding the meditate column from TKA, including 'force of will'. Hopefully this will work out, but if now, who cares! It's all for fun.

Aladine, I wish I could treat this as an MMORPG. I want to stress on the ONLINE part. I don't know if I'm alone on this feeling, but it seems that everyone is like a clone of someone else. I find an occaisonaly, genuine person but it's rare. As rare as a jedi should be in this game...

I just bought KOTOR for the PC, so I'm going to be beating that game every way I possibly can myself.

I picked up novice entertainer now i can provide comic relief while my buddies are fighting around me. I still get the call to slice the base terminals for comm and smugg and help with turrets but after that I just lay down the funk, while the rest of the guys whocan fight defend during the countdown.

I am still having fun while waiting, but if I find that I am getting bored, then I am gonna surrender all of my skills, and start over....I'm actually just kidding. I think I would start to head towards a crafting profession or possibly politician, as a crafter you are probably gonna need a nest egg to get started with, but once you have one you should be able to experience the other side of the game. Rather then hunt stuff down for money, make weapons or armor for other people hunt stuff down with. This will give you a whole new view on the game. Try out Chef, or BE, or even DE. Not only would this help you make some serious money (look at who the richest people in the galaxy are...crafters!) but it could help you put aside some supplies for later, like 5 crates of FT's, and HARs, and LP's, and a bunch of heavy weapons for when you come back to commando, or two or three sets of 90% base composite with stun layres that you can use later. If you go chef then you could put aside 10-20 crates of Brandy, Arisha (i think thats how its spelled), Canapes, and other stuff. This could give you several months into the combat rebalance (or maybe longer) where you are totally self sufficient! Imagine not having to buy any more brandy for 6 months...or any more armor for a year!, or not having to purchase new weapons for the rest of your time as a commando. Just think of all the other stuff you could spend money on...twileks...midgets...beer! (hehe jk on the midgets...)
Running a player city can be a difficult task (for now I take my mayor's word for this.) But it could also possibly teach you about the dynamics of how the swg economy really runs. No large city can maintain itself on just its taxes alone (I donate about 500k a week to mine to help keep it from burning to the ground) You will learn the best ways to convince your citizens to donate money to the city(my mayor just threatens to tell my wife how much time I spendplaying SWG and thats enough reason for me.) You can be a corrupt mayor and sponsor player events with the city's coffers, all while while scimming off the top. There are so many things in this game for a person to do whenever someone says that they have run out of things, I laugh at them.
If you have "run out of things to do," then take your head out of your a$$ and try something else. The reason we play mmorpgs is to interact with other players, if I wanted to play a solo game I'd playKOTOR. Get involved with your community, host some player events (like thebig race we had on Chillistra.)
If you can show me one person who has actually completely done everything there is to do in SWG then I will show you a person with300 days played, no job, no family, no significant other, who doesn't leave thier house except to go pick up their lottery checksfrom the mailbox (now that stop and shop delivers groceries.)
