I have seen a full suite of BH armor. It looks bulky and a bit childish. I have not been able to get ahold of any of the stats. So when the Mando armor is made out of it does the appearence change also? Since no one has been able to make any on test center yet I guess we will have to wait and see if the Mando armor is going to be exceptional.

This is what I hear:

The BH armor is really not there to be worn or used in battle! Reasons: lower stats (36% base is the highest I've seen), kinda of strange appearance, and mainly a component for the Mandolorian armors. That's all the BH armor is there for really, cuz of mando armor!

I kinda like the appearance but it is a bit hoaky. Never actually seen anything like it

As far as I know, I'm pretty sure the appearance will be changed when it's used in the process of making mando armor! It will most likely look alot like Bobba's and Jango's armors.

All I know for now, hope it helps!

What I find really funny is that all this time the DWB was suppoused to be really thoroughly tested out for bugs and whatnot, including the mando armour....yet not a single piece (nor the jetpack I believe) has been made thus far...

Just wait, when it gets to live it'll be useless compared to composite or there'll be bugs that prevent ppl from getting it, unfound by testers...

A whole lot of dungeons had problems when released...i doubt the DWB will be no different [which to me really means that there needs to be a more intensive testing time on TC, rather than putting Live style gameplay onto a "test" that has fewere resources and manpower than live itself..]

You can see images of what the armor will look like (BH & Mand) at the sneak peak of the Friday Death Watch Feature:

http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=game_guides&message.id=173730#M173730

From what I've heard, BH armor is dropping at very random levels from 30 to 90%...and I've also heard that the higher ones (the 90%) aren't suppose to be that high, so those drops may disappear soon if not already...

Mand resists are still a mystery, but I've gathered, from hints here adn there, that the armor won't be better then high quality Composite...Mand armor is more for show, a prize, then really being for protection...If they made it uber, then it would be just one more reason for everyone to want a set (losing it's uniqueness)...I also hear it will have some nasty vunerabilities to boot...

I haven't heard of anyone on TC crafting any Mand Armor yet...although one group got close before realizing they were missing one needed ingredient (an ingredient that wasn't dropping yet)...

As of right now, garvin is correct, no one has managed to craft it. The SWGQA people took down 3 groups the other day, but this outing ended about as fast as every other one that was organized, even with the devs rezing people right and left.

The mando armor and the jetpack cannot be crafted because supposedly one component for each item isnt dropping from any mobs. Uh oh.

BH armor stats are godly. ive seen many with 90% base resists and 2/3/8 incumberance.

Even with "low" resists in the 30%-40% range, its still very very good armor if it all has encumberance under 10/10/10 or so.

Now if only it could be colored like composite....

Um, . . .

Then I don't get it. If Mando armor is not going to be uber, or even better than current comp armor, then why bother. No really, why bother . . .

I will be very sad if the devs are forced to Make Mando Armor not that great because everyone wants it.

The Devs tried to make Composite armor rare by giving it way high encumberance, but that didn't really worked. When buffed, it hardly matters.

Does anyone know if there will be a cap on the number of Mando suits allowed on a server? I'd like to see a limit of like 3 per server. When it decays and falls apart, then a new one could be made.
