Thread: Proton Rifle possibly fixed... ??(Info inside)
Yes...yes...yes!!!!!!!!!!!
Somethings gonna get fixed, but the old ones won't...he's working on a fix for them too hopefully! They require a different fix than new ones unfortunately...

hehe Yep, but I still have hopes that Bishop or Rhydon will be able to use it one day. That is still a good sign though that it got mentioned in public. Stern seemed to have a good feeling about fixes and hopefully this is part of it.

Be aware blix was referring to new proton rifles... old currently owned ones are not in that statement....

Yeah... that's what concerns me.
SOE had better be prepared to reimburse me the 10mil I spent on the first one that hit our trade forums then...or have CSR's that still haven't ended my respec loop exchange my broken one with a functional one.
I took it as "new" meaning the ones that are new from the CU and still do not work.

That would be a very strange thing for them to do -- have two different versions of the same weapon in the game?? I'm sure that could happen, but I would be surprised if they left it that way.

It has happened before.
Blixtev says he is working on a fix for the previously looted ones but it is not working yet.
Remember space changes with the pre nerf and post nerf engines?
Think about that with proton rifles, only backwards, and you can't even use one.
