What will this build be like after the CU.
Master Commando
Master Marksman
Brawler 4000
Scout 4000
Pistoleer 0040
BH 0044
What would be the best to change in this to be best after the CU for a commando?

Well, that sounds like a pretty good template. But if you want to be really good against all the melee players out there, I'd pick up smuggler for the rooting abilities. And carbineer might help too for the various higher powered specials and even more crowd control.

Imo MBH is a great powerup for Master Commando.
You can also pick one tree from any ranged prof
*4xxx smuggler* for +15 speed and +10 acc +panic shot and last ditch.

really? MBH MCommando and Pistoleer 0040... I dont think that is possible in skill points..

And yes...I know something you don't know, unless if you looked in the .tre files 
Its commando related...and slightly off topic, but getting back on topic: MBH/MC is going to be a fairly powerful combo, except for accuracies/defenses as BH's currently don't get specific mods

StarNick. Garvin. Calling on yer help. You two are the most knowledgable commandos there are. Tell me, I want my Proton Rifle and Plasma Flamer to be empowered. Can you tell me the best template for such a thing?

Well, there's evidence of Rebel, Neutral, and Imperial clonetrooper armor/weapons in there anyways...

If you want to best empower your flamer and proton rifle, then go about the route that will give you the best accuracy/speed modifiers and/or the most damaging ranged specials in the game. At the cost of this, you may be unable to get another full mitigation for a different class of armour...or lose out on defenses. I suggest play around with the Kodan CU SWG profession calculator with this...
For high damaging specials, carbineer/BH may be prime choices, but thats without testing their specials...so until then, we won't know which the most damaging specials are for our weapons...

I'm personally betting rifleman specials are most devestating since they're on the far right of the chart they printed out, wheras BH's are under tanking and Carbineers are udner crowd controlish.
