All stats are correct, even if they look wrong, it is "legendary" after all.
I did test the dot out, and yes, if you get hit with it, you get poisoned, and im not even certified in it. hehe
Thats a total dot damage of over 67,000 over 20 minutes or so.
Im not sure if im going to sell this one or not, as ive never had anything worth this much before, but if you have an offer, feel free to post it.

WOW how did something like that even get made 
please excuse my ignorance but i am not a weapon smith - however i do know one and he has never made anything remotly as good as this is....
What kind of loot items did you have to put in it!
P.S. I have no idea what it is worth - except my 400k will not cover it

legendary hardly describes it. I have never even heard of a FT that fast or with all the other stats. unfreakinbelievable. I want something like that so bad. But, even with all the money I have, I couldn't even afford to touch it. If you are commando, don't ever sell it. That is what we dream about. If you aren't commando and don't intend to be, you could be very rich...

omw 140% wound do you know what that meens lets say you put a dot on some one for 700 it will tic for 1200 and it will be all wounds no dam wow man you must tell us wich mob droped it
this wep would be theultimate grifeing tool if you get them on fire they would die no matter what not even adding the posion dot wow

WOW how did something like that even get made...please excuse my ignorance but i am not a weapon smith - however i do know one and he has never made anything remotly as good as this is....
Legendary items are not crafted...they tend typically to be found via killing and looting a highlevel NPC (although I've heard of a Legendary Weapon or Armor dropping off a lower one too)...
Legendary items also tend to have the in their title the word "Legendary"...otherwise they may just be considered enhanced...the big difference between enhanced and legendary (besides the title) is that Legendary items tend to be just one of that kind per server (i.e. if this is indeed a "Legendary Flame Thrower" then no other "Legendary Flame Thrower" will drop until this one is destroyed...I've heard tell that most of the Legendary items that have dropped have come from NPCs with the word "Legendary" in their titles (like Legendary Krayt Dragons). Most legendary items I've seen are in the form of uber power & speed (like a reinforced staff that did 1.0 spd and 800 damage instread of 50 max).
Enhanced items tend to have skill mods in them and/or a DoT...Like Legendary items, they to come from loots and are not crafted...They tend to also have a colored names (so when you loot something and it has a colored name, often yellow, it's an enhanced weapon of some sort)...Unlike Legendary weapons there are tons of them around for looting and come in different random degrees from uber powerful to super weak (take my enhanced VKs for example...max power 54, poison DoT with strength +1 for 1s)...Most enhanced items I've seen dropped or looted from various piles/boxes are junk...but occasionally you find some seriously sweet ones...
So the question is...is this an Uber Enhanced FT? or does it actually have "Legendary" in it's title which means it's a one of a kind...Either way this is a very valuable find...but if it's indeed "Legendary" it pretty much priceless...
PS...you should see the Legendary Armor finds...they are seriously cool...Wish I had one...

LOL...yep...missed the link altogether...guess my eyes were just to focused on the stats (I tend to jump straight to the stats on equipment related posts...lol...
