If you think that makes them whine, then pull out the LP and use the pointblank area attack.

I never use my flamethorwer on someone in a duel unless it's a guild member (since I know they can find a doctor easily) Usually I simply use my HAR.

On my server, commandos get one shot, thats it.
So, that one shot generally incaps (2k+ in comp armor, have this happen on 80% of the mstr commandos i go aginst).
If that one shot misses, well, iv seen one commando get two flames off before, after that, heh.

Commandos get more than one shot off if they're duelling other Commandos. I was using a high-damage flamer in a duel with a guy with a fast flamer. We weren't buffed, just 50% Comp armoured. (It was months ago). We both hit health with our initial FlameSingle2s, but he got a second health hit which incapped me 8 seconds later. The duel was a draw. My flame incapped him at the exact second he fired, we hit the floor at the same moment. The guild all said it was the funniest duel they'd ever seen.

my record is 3 attacks. that may have to do with 70%armor and them not actally shooting at me

I was in AH the other day and challenged someone to a duel and they accepted. Ok, so i started using fencer a bit and KD Dizzied him. Then i brought out my flamethrower and flamed him and he says "Hey dickhead, no flame!" after he ends duel. People, if you dont want to catch on fire then dont accept the duel. Jeez...

And i dont know about anyone else, but my fencer/commando combo is almost unstoppable in pvp. KD Dizzy + Flame stack = instant ownage. I can see pure commandos complaining about pvping because... well.. yea... just get a good backup profession and you'll do better.

Might as well db if you know they are gonna complain. Just wear a novice marksmen tag.. and hold a pistol with noob clothes. Then challenge em to a duel. When they accept, have a macro put on all yer armor and change weapons

LOL when ever I PvP I have a tendence of getting them to challange me. I step back about 16m kneel then accept. Right after I accept I marco a /aim; /flameSingleshot2;
I sometimes leave out the /aim;
This tends to get me the quick incap
doing this Ive managed to incap buffed players

My PvP story:
Rebels:
Me : Master Commando
some other guy: TKA
vs.
Imperials
1: Master Commando
2: TKM/Master Combat Medic
3: Master Rifleman
4: Master Carbineer
So we charge up the hill at them (all but 4 are there). 1-3 attack my ally.I kill 3. Then I turn and kill 2 after he gets a mindDoT on me. 1 kills my ally. At that point, 1 misses me and I kill him. I've got 5 mind, and 4 shows up. He shoots three times and I killed him.
At that point, I started doing PvE more. That battle took place in maybe 30 seconds (no misses on my part), and it was fun....but the complaints about being too uber...
