I noticed that yesterday, my AoE worked 7 hours after the server reset. So I am thinking aoe does a 100/42.5 (yes, I calculated that from 2086/887 damage), but only for a limited time. So I wont use my flamer, for a few hours and test. Next time the server goes down and back up, I will test with pure attacks.

Unless someone who has NOT used their flamer yet, will count how many attacks their AoE is good for till it breaks down to elemental.

Right now, I have done 3 attacks at the first post, but now, I am going to test if my AoE still works w/ a fourth, fifth, and sixth attack.

I don't want to sound like a completely cynical jerk here, but 42.5% AoE makes you happy? When it might work, sometimes, if the moon is in 3rd phase, there is a stiff NE breeze, and every ewok on Endor does a raindance? I wish I was that happy, lol.

100/40 is suppost to be our AoE.
Seventh, Eighth, and Ninth Attacks, still 42.5% damage AoE. This is 3 hours and a half after first test

I was using my Lighting Cannon earlier right after the servers came back up. I was doing 100% AE. I played for awhile, logged. When I came back, AE went back down to ghettosville. :-/

None of my AoEs are working, but all of my weapons are legacy too, if that is the cause. I need to get some post-20 stuff!

Sorry, I'll be less of a jerk this time. What I was meaning was, why is it supposed to be 100/40 on our weapons AoE? I've heard it enough now that I assume that a dev mentioned it at some point, but I must have missed it. Basically, if that is what the devs intend to happen, and it does in fact happen... Then at least it will be something. But, I really don't know why we wouldn't have 100% AoE, if that is the role that the devs are pinning us to.

40% for the plasma, the reg flamer is supposed to have a higher AOE (maybe 80%?), and i believe the LLC has 100% AOE.
