On behalf of the entire Commando community, I would like to extend a very big hearted THANK YOU for everything you have done for us...You have listened to our rants, done an EXCELLENT job of cutting thru the fat and getting straight to the meat of it, and pushing it thru. You have been clear and concise (or as much as the other guys will let you...ahem, "today" and "currently" 
) I believe we have had more communication with you in the last couple of weeks than we have had with ANYONE over the last two years....

I totally agree...Helios has gone above and beyond any of our expectations...Whether the CU is a sucess or something else, Helios has proved to me that SWG cares what WE think and IS listening...

Now to get something about some other proffessions that will remain unnamed...(and some correspondant free)
I come off a bit harsh I suppose, but I never want to intentionally attack any person in particular because I know that it just takes one jacknapes to ruin something and not a group... or, one bad apple to ruin the batch if you will.
Regardless of the insanity that is going on, and regardless of what you guys think, you do have to abide by rules or literally can go to jail...unfortunate.

Helios, you're the man. My overall experience, sadly, with SWG customer service reps and community managers has been rather poor in the past, but it seems that at least one person there cares about the customer experience and that person is you. It's extremely refreshing to see an actual Dev posting on the forums, listening to our problems, and then actually trying to fix them!
You rock, man!
