Thread: Combat Medic With TKA can it happen
It is impossible. You have to retain the prereqs to an elite profession to have the profession. The best you could do would be to keep TKM and get 4-4-0-4 CM or master CM and get any three trees to level 4 in TKM. I would recommend the latter option.

ALL THE IMPS ALL MUST DIE
I'm MCM with TKA 4404 and I am very happy with it. My only limitation seems to be ranged direct damage. I do very well in PVP or PVE.

Wow, that's a great site, I found a template that may work out well if I get bored of combat medic...Or I'll use my alt for it ![]()
Master Marksman-MasterPistoleer-0/0/4/0 Smuggler-4/0/0/0 Brawler- 0/4/4/0 Commando- 3/0/0/0 scout. That's a pretty sweet template, a pretty good turret destroyer imo.

I wouldn't recommend that as you would be losing out on one of the best skilltrees in TKA. Meditation tree gives you the ability to cure poisons, diseases, bleeds and wounds. Thanks to this skilltree I use my /healmind ability alot more since I can meditate the mind wounds away. You are still hindered by some BF, but it still makes healing mind alot more user friendly.
The Balanceskilltree gives you melee mitigation and KD2 which can be devastating in PVP or PVE. The Precisionskilltree adds more defensivebonuses andgives you the ability to damagethe pool you are poisoning. Not to mention the accuracy bonuses. The damage and speed from the Power tree while tempting to some, imho do not compare to the damage I can do with my poisons.
In PVE or PVP I survive because ofdecent armor, ability to powerboost, mitigation of melee damage, defenses, ability to heal myself, and the ability to keep my foe on the ground to let my poison do it's job.
One of my funnest times on Dath, yes I lived hehe.

These pix shows damage I was doing in melee, still respectable for a TKA 4404 imho..

see I'm not sure i really need to pick up the meditation tree... i can heal bleeds and wounds as it is, the ability to heal poisons and disease is a nice to have but not the end of the world if i don't have it.... we'll just see how i get on.
