either you will have to have exceptional combat meds or you will stand around for a few seconds to let the disease/poion tic away. IMHO tka cm is a waist with Mtka you can beat a person down faster then the meds will kick in, yea they may tic once or 2 tops before you kill them. only good thing would be to use on kiters hit em with a med and just walk away sort of thing.

/shrug, you aren't playing a CM/TKAintelligently imho.
Go MCM/TKA 4404 I have alot of fun in PVP or PVE.
