Quick question i cant seem to find the answer to.
With doc meds the liquid and chem are for healing power were bio is for number of uses, i know there is more to it then that but you get the point.
What is the funtion of the dispersal etc in the combat med line, which affects what?

Infection Ampsfor effectiveness. Dispersial mechanisms for uses. Bah! I cant remember the otherone but I think it does potency..

Dispersal mechanisms can be experimented on for charges and range;
Resiliency compound can be experimented on for duration and potency;
Infection amplifier can be experimented on for power (effectiveness)

What is the difference between effectiveness and potency?
