After all the fuss about CM's (some of which I've contributed to) I decided to give this a shot. See what it's really about. See how "overpowered" or not this really is.

I'm also a rifleman btw, so yeah.. lots of b*tching coming my way ingame when I finally use this. >

Personally, so far, I believe part of the reason people complain about CM (and rifleman to a lesser extent) is the unbalanced ham system. How many people would use mind poisons only if people could stim mind? Not many, maybe only the rifleman/cms.

I'm glad to hear the devs say that they're adding more ways to avoid/lesson the pain dished out by CM's. The only thing we have now is food and.. you know how well that works x_X.

So, I'm currently working my way up the CM trees and expect to master within a day or two.

And here's the n00b question part.

(Yes, I've read the FAQ)

I'm new to CM.. recently I bought a crate of ranged stim E's, area stim C's, single mind poison C's, and area mind poison C's.

Now, I got my stuff to use when I master (hooray) and grinding med xp with regular stim D's.

What I wonder though is ... I see the "apply poison" ability but... how do I tell it to apply one type of poison (say, area) over another (say, single, or action, or health, etc)?

If there are certain /applyrangedmindpoison or some such that I could use to make macros then please, lemme know.

I distrust macros for applying poisons....each combat situation may require something different.

As to which poison to use....hotkey them and press the hotkey to apply the poison.

Move them to your toolbar. This is what I have ALWAYS done.I have never once used the /applypoison command.

Yeah, I won't bother with the /applypoison thing, I'll do what you guys suggested.

Thanks for the responses.
