Thread: questoin area vs normal poison in pvp

in general does a normal poison, mind for instance leave a harder hit on the opponents mind pool then an area one or is it the same (considering that im only fighting one person). and is it the same for area vs single disease

Single poisons or diseases of the same resources and ABC level always do more damage than area poisons or diseases.

In general the individual poison does more damage on the target than an area one. This is simply becuase they tend to have higher effectiveness though, because the system naturally gives them more effectiveness. There is nothing "special" about the damage from individual and area poisons (area effect not included), they both follow the "tick damage = effectiveness * (1+(cm effectiveness skill /1000))" formula.
