ok maybe someone can help me here. Say im Covert but im in a group with a bunch of Overt Guys and someone attacks one of my groupmembers giving the guy a group TEF. Eventully the guy gets help by a bunch of overt friends. now if i throw a area effect poison, will it just effect the TEF guy since im covert,will i be able to hit all the overt people around him if they don't resist the effects or do i have to be overt to do that???

You would only infect the enemy with the TEF. The guy who attacked your group. If a medic helped him, you would infect him also with the area stim. Other than that, you wouldn't infect anyone else unless they were fighting you or your friends causing them to get a TEF. I think thats right.
