Combat Medic Archive

I'm not sure if this has been addressed since Ive been away from the game scene for 3 weeks but ive got a rather interesting issue that came about when I produced my first batch of dots last night. Basically when I went to test them outthey were working pretty well,except for the area disease-C's because when I tried throwing oneI recieved a prompt saying they were 845 combat medic medicine use required. I didnt notice this until after I had crafted the entire batch, but every single area disease-C had the same bogus cm medicine use requirement. So is this a known issue or what?
