Thread: Instead of all the nerf talk how about something useful.

It would be nice if some of you knowledgeable CM's help the others by making a list of the CM advanced resources and what stats on each resource affect what end result. For example I havbe read that the decay resistance on fungus if low can affect the effectiveness points on assembly. I guess this is asking alot but with all the negative talk I would like to see a positive spin here.

Yeah it would be great to have more open discussions about things that concern Combat Medics. Unfortunately our board has turned into a useless piece of crap from all the nerf trollers coming in here. When someone does post a legitimate and interesting question about the CM profession, it ends up getting pushed off the from page in a manner of hours from the nerf posters.
Texxie, is there anyway we can convinve the board developers to give the correspondent moderator capabilities to lock some of these nerf posting threads?

Either that or a cry baby section and anytime someone posts a non related subject it would be redirected to the proper area. My post is directed to the profession and in a matter of minutes or an hour it will be off this page.

Doubtful, Rhen. And, to be honest, I'd rather not have that ability at my disposal. The backlash would then turn towards me in particular and we would have nothing but 'Texxie is a Tyrant!' posts instead of the usual 'Nerf CM!' ones.
Not that a change of pace wouldn't be nice, but it's just substituting one hutt for another really.
The mods are usually on top of things, so if you report a troll thread they'll usually get to it rather quickly. If all else fails, let me know about the thread in question(after reporting it to the mods) and I'll report it as well.

Yeah,
Just because no one is crying about you being a tyrant, does that automatically mean that you aren't one?
Kind of like the old saying, if a woman screams in the forest where there is no one to hear, is she still wrong?

Does this mean that we can use the repot abuse option and just type Troll when some nerf cryer hyjacks a nice CM thread?

I guess no one has useful comments? It's a shame that a message board supported by Sony cannot help the people that play the game. All I wanted is useful info.
