Yes, generally speaking, the correct procedure is:
1) Get poisoned.
2) Misinterpret the time it takes to tick.
3) Post a dual post here and on the GCW forum about how overpowered poisons that deal 10k of damage every 3 seconds are.
4) Not get taken seriously by any CM:s, and recieve a lot of 1-stars
5) Get a lot of 5-stars from fellow Master Nerf-Hearders.
6) Loose intrest.
7) Get poisoned.
8) Repat from 2)

And also, what are the best things to say when whining?

I think that the correct format is something along the lines of:
OMG NERF <insert prof here> i was running thru theed nekkid and i got pwnd by a <insert prof here> he <insert dmg type here> me and i died and i had to clone and he did like a gazillion dmg to me in no time and when i cloned and came back he did it again.
