Combat Medics currently have these abilities:
Ranged (Area) Heals
Heal Mind
Toss Poison
Toss Disease
There are many cries to neft the last two of these, but the real problem is that without Poisions and Diseases, CM's are somewhatlimited relative tothe number of skillpoints you have to invest. I think this could be balanced if the CM's were given the ability to drop a Heal Over Time. How about a HOT that you could drop on somebody and it would heal 100-300 health/action damage per tick and tick at the same rate as poisons for 2 minutes?

Buffed Stamina and Constitution enable your Health and Action to regenrate faster. There really isn't a need for an HOT in this game.

Wow, more action/health healing... great

My role as a dedicated healer (when I feel like only healing) involves me using a ton of Rez kits, and almost no stims, now it's not that my allies aren't taking damage, it's that 99% of the damage they're taking is not health or action damage... so I hate to tell you but that HOT crap is useless unless it heals mind too.
