How many poison/disease hits can we stack on a given HAM bar?? TY

Last time I was a CM i was able to put 1 area and 1 single on each ham. I never tried to stack a, b, and c though. They may have fixed this in the last couple of months.

Someone correct me if i'm wrong.

so I should be able to stack a poison, poison area, disease, and disease area on any given stat pool, right?
