Apparently some of the idiots in the forum post "A Cure For Combat Medics" were not aware that blue milk heals the mind, they were also not aware that the use of blue milk and muon gold, not only does not require the addition of any other profession, but actualy takes less skill to heal than the other 2 ham bars.

Gee, what complete morons.

Blue Milk? That's Aitha right?
Suggested use of that in some earlier thread. Still waiting to hear what the best stats for a thouroghly crafted batch of Aitha are. But I would hearthily reccomend it, if not to anyone else then at least to doctors who wish to not wear their mind out when curing poisons.
How much does it fill BTW?

BTW Yes it is true, I've tested it myself, poison only ticks once every TEN seconds!

I made a batch that heals 679 points of mind and fills about 20(I think) Its not bad but I'd rather leave my stomach open for 2 brandys + pre-patch bivole + canope.

Not bad stats... could be worth it to keep a few pops around if you think CM:s might be an issue. All in a sudden you can heal your mind in a tight spot. (If you have filled yourself out with food and drink you are obviously well prepared anyways, and shouldn't expereience all that suffering from a poison untill you can get healed)

So mind is healable in an easy manner. That makes the nerf-callers main beef with us void.

About which kind of damage requires another profession to heal, which was a question in one of these threads IIRC, a few leaps to mind. (apart from all damage since stims require medics)

Most states require either Doctor or Squad Leader.
Fire require Doctor or a good solid body of water.

So that poison requires doctors to cure shouldn't offset the game balance much, if doctors just remembered to carry Aitha and Moun with them, and getting good solid Entertainer buffs for their "Petit bleu".

The response that guy made was rhetorical and mostly sarcastic....You stated "NO other profession attack requires ANOTHER profession to heal them, none. Except the attacks of combat medics. " You stated the most obvious and imho moronic garbage. We all know that Blue Milk is available and we also know about Aitha and Muon. As far as curing poison you are right for pointing that out however did you really think that this revelation is so profound as to merit it's own thread? OMG! Only Doctors can cure poison and disease? Gimme a break...

My point was that anyone can use mind stims. Although these only delay the inevitable doom for the poisoned, they are COMPLETELY useless against disease. That is my point. Make a stim, to stop the spread of the disease, even just to delay it, and I would not mind.
