so i have my way with a night sister elder and rape her of like 365k mind.

she gets down to 1 with over 100k wounds and i cant incap her. guy comes along and takes the 1 mind pt from her and gets loot permission? thats right he only took 1 pt from her and i took 365k.

thought i read somewhere DOT was factored into loot permissions.

Nope, what you were reading about is a change they made that would allow a group to actually loot the kill.

You see back in the early days of the CM, if a creature was killed by poisons no one would be allowed to loot it. The change to fix this was to make all DOTs no longer incap or kill. This way someone has to take that one last point of damage and you can loot.

Unfortunately, it also opened up a huge way for people to greif anyone that can inflict DOTs allowing them to take that last point of damage and get loot rights.
