Unless they changed it since I made master in both Doctor and CM you most certainly can get experience from Factories. The amount you get is very low, but it is still present. Load up a schematic for 1000 bio effect controllers and you will get a few thousand points of experience out of them. If I remember correctly the amount you got was like 5% of what you would have gotten had you crafted the item.

I know this for a fact because that is how I finished out my crafting tree, it was by using a factory to create the items I needed, like I said it was slow, but you get experience even when you are not online.

XP from factories has been broken since month 2. I tested last week, and it has NOT been fixed.

Judas, I think your memory on when it was broken is off. Month two is when they reduced the experience you get, but I can promise you that as late as three months maybe four months ago you certainly did get some experience from factories. THe amount you got was very low in the range of 5% but you did get it.

Again, I am not sure that it is still like that as I have been master for a while now, but I know it did work because that is how I got the last two tiers of my CM crafting experience.

Okay. If you say so. Don't really want to argue, as this guy up here can find out for himself.

As I recall, it was 10% of the xp you would get for manually crafting.

Again, i checked this with a run of 100 advanced infection amplifiers last week, and I got zero xp for it. Normally, that would be something like 12000xp manually, and 1200xp factoried.

I could be wrong, or I could just be borked in the head, but i'm not too bad at math, and usually zero = zero.
