I had some too, gave to a guildie doctor but he said he screwed up the experimentation.

They used to make buffs go over 3k, I have heard up to 5k. But now, who knows.

They are nice for curepacks, to counter the spidervenom poison/diseases.

i looted some that are

128 power 13 charges

and

147 power 23 charges

are these worth keeping?

Doctors use them for Buffs and stuff.

They take the place of a Biological Effects Controller, you could use them in stims and anything else that might need such a component.
