Advanced resilency compound: Gives you a chance to raise the potency, or chance of your poison/disease (hereafter known as p/d) of "sticking" or affecting your target(s) or the duration, which is how long your p/d lasts.
Advanced infection amplifier: is the component that allows you to increase the power, or effectiveness of your p/d
Advanced dispersion mechanism: allows you to experiment on the charges of your p/d, base range, and area of effect(only partains to area effect p/d's)
the stat's of these will vary from server to server, mainly due to quality of materials used in creating them, btu good stat's to shoot for are 50/70 on your adv resilency compounds, 50+ on your adv infection amp's, and 20/15/10 on your Adv dispersion mech's. The stats for these on Ahazi for example are as follows. (at least with the materials I have) 65/70 potency/durationfor ARC's, 61 powerAiA's, and 25/20/12 charges/range/area effect for ADM's..
In the final combine, charges affect's the range of your med, and obviously the charges, or uses. Ease of use affect's potency and duration, effectiveness affect's the power of your med, and area of effect.. I would suggest splitting your exp points in the final combine 4 into charges, 6 into effectiveness.
Hope that helps
