Combat Medic Archive

Ok folks here is what I got. I looted a Lord Nyax Necklace the other day that is Combat Medic Effectiveness +5. Now I also have a tape for combat medic effectiveness. What does this do, and how does each number work? Does it increase your effectiveness, or damage?? Thank's I'm master cm, if that makes a difference...

Combat medic effectiveness increases how much your poisons and diseases tick for. The actual damage per tick is ((combat medic effectiveness skill + 100)/100) * written strength. So a master with 100 effectiveness skill does (100 + 100) / 100, or exactly 2 times written strength.

Note there is a hard cap of 100 on effectiveness skill, meaning at master, those takes and necklaces are useless to you.
