I'm planning on starting a medic character tonight. I've done it a couple nights now, messing it up one way or another. I've ran into the same problem twice. There doesn't seem to be anyone around in the cities I’ve visited, or at least not many, and never in the medical center.

Anyway, the reason I’m posting this is because I would love it if someone could give me a hand picking the server and starting planet. I’m looking for a planet/server with a lot of conflict, so I can get my heal on. Any other advice you could give to me new medic would be much appreciated.

My AIM screen name is cbh35711, if you just want to contact me like that, or reply here.

Thanks a lot

I've never traveled outside of Starsider, so I cannot give you any advice on what galaxy to call your home. However, I've found the best source of legitimate, and uncrowded wounds to be the Theed Med Center.

I would advise you to start by healing damage to entertainers in a cantina. Both Theed and Coronet have large populations of entertainers at almost all hours.

Once you move to wound healing, the Theed Med Center worked for me. The Coronet Med Center also has decent walk-in traffic, however, the tumblers ruined the experience for me.

Long-term, you will probably want to invest in a Medical Droid. These droids allow you to heal wounds outside of a Med Center, and better than you could inside. If you have a droid, healing the wounds of recently ejected pilots in a starport is a great source of XP. Most pilots will land with at least 200 wounds, and more often with 600-800.

In a busy healing situation, Brandy is essential (Approximately +400 to Focus and Willpower). Havla can also help (Increase in Intury Treatment Speed for the next 20 or so heals).

I know on Chilatra there tends to be a generally steady flow of people coming in and out for healing in Mos Eisley on Tatooine. There is also usually a tumbler there too, if you're into that kind of thing.

Good to know. I need to get on the buying of that spiced tea. Been too lazy or busy grinding to get to figuring out what it was I needed.
