dropping 0300 BH, master scout, and master marksman in order for me to master combat medic and medic


so my template will be this: Master Carbineer, Master Combat Medic, Master Medic, is this good in pvp, who else has tried it and how sucessful is this, i just want to make sure i am making the right choice in doing this

I'm torn between MLS and LS 0404 with some enhancer, I already have healer 4000 and Mdef, I worry a little about not having root and force run. But I like owning with the lightsaber lol. Just looking for some ideas from those wiser than I in the ways of the force. Thx

I have the non-MLS template you're thinking of. I win about 30-40% of the time against a good MLS pvper. I'm currently working very hard on acquiring speed and accuracy tapes to put my lowly 2h on an even par (at least with unmodified MLSs), and I love the 4xx3 lines of Enhancer.


But a lot depends on how you want to play. Duels are one thing. In an actual PvP situation, root and fr2 are extremely handy.

i can tell you right now without root, snare and saber throw (ranged KD at MLS) a MBH / rifle / healer (CM or Doc) is going to give you a REALLY REALLY bad day every time. and if they take Pistoleer 0003 for root...

thxs for the responses, sounds like I may need some enhancer, really hate to lose the 1500 heals for it though with MLS, hmm, still debating

I wouldn't lose MLS for the world i love the Little master box means more to me than any other jedi skill box,


That said i couldn't live without healer 4000 either..


Also i never really liked Mdef it was a waste of skill points to me anyway, though i wouldn't go without def 4040 at the very least...


But its YOUR temp in my eyes that has to follow YOUR playstyle..


What every you prefere most go with it, you may not be uber but to me it isn't just about been good against BH or against Jedi as long as i try my hardest and give it my best shot in PVP or any battle i enter..

I'm working on MLS, Defender 4/4/4/0, enhancer 3/0/0/2, and healer 4/0/0/0.

You definately want root. As for FR, I put more value in FR1 than FR2 (which is why I'm going for the 1500 heal instead), because damage output isn't reduced, but you want improved speed that is in the 3 box.

I have no root (suppression) noFR (only burstrun)only because I have the ranged kd and I see my hard time when I have to fight ranged guys.


Anyway I'm re-thinking my template for this problem.

mdef isnt a own all template... whoever told you that is a liar... Unless you like being a tank then there is no reason to take up mdef

This is not true. You don't need snare or root. You do need to play smart.

That is the same template I'm heading for. Only downside I see is the lack of channel, but that can be overcome if you can kill the opposition quickly. A long fight and you are in trouble.
