Thread: CM wound heals?

I think a Combat Medic should be able to heal wounds. Just because with a decline in docs and all. And Pre Cu anyone who was medic had /tendwound. I think that ability should be brought back for CMs. Of course it wouldnt be as strong as a doc wound heal. For example the basic /tendwound at novice CM would be .5 lower than the nov. doc heal wound and also would have a higher mind cost.Ijust think it would be handy for CMs to have some form of wound healing...

I do not agree, if anything doc wound healing abilities needs to increase. Only thing I think we need is that at MCM we should have drag incapped player since we can rez... otherwise I think we don't need any Doc abilities. I do wish we had State Recoveries tho .



Bring back the CU or at least Pre-CU... its better that this MMO Third Person Shooter bullcrap

I think a MCM template that has 0440 medic with it to be absolutly neccisary. I have it and i love it. Getting to drag and gettin all those extra heal efficiency mods is just great! The only things i want for CM is some kind of wound heal (i dont care how strong/weak it is) an area poisen and/or fire. Fix/Improve Infect, and a few more points in defense.


I mean look at it this way a medic in the army can do some limited patchwork on a soldier on the battlefield. Basically minor things like stiches to close wounds and basic stuff like that to get the guy to live long enough to get to a real doctor.


But thats just me..

I understand what ur saying but looking out for the docs, if we were to have a wound healing ability it should be at MCM and no earlier because docs have lost a lot and we have been treated a lot better than them.



Bring back the CU or at least Pre-CU... its better that this MMO Third Person Shooter bullcrap

It should be at master level and only have like 3/4 the power of the novice doc wound heal.

If you CM can heal wounds then Doc's should be able to Poison people.....you can see where this will go.....


Combine Doc/CM professions so theres only one healer profession..... Then again why not combine all professions so there's just one profession, then everyone be happy... Then Instead of Star Wars Galaxies we can call it Star Wars Clones.....

Although I agree it WOULD be very useful (having a MCM myself..), I still have to hope this doesn't happen. Already this game is leaning heavily on generalizing the professions and making people more and more self sufficient. I like havign specific roles for different professions...
