Been digging around in the forums, and it seems like a good idea, no way in $%** i'm getting rid of MCM, but i'm going through armor like crazy, and wasting creds. So, the MP is on the chopping block now. Full temp atm is MCM, MP, xxx4 Doc. I have been having way too much fun with the cm and doc to give that up, plus, it is better for PvE, a little more challenging than target mob and shoot til dead. Just wanted a general reaction, maybe some tips... thanks

Me and some of my guild mates were dualing this guy (wouldnt tell us his templete) but he was really good. I know he had to be Master TK because he had no armor and he used a Hammer which he did say had max +1350 damage, the thing was brutal. So im guessing he was Master Swordsman also, plus he could heal himself for over +1200 heals, so im guessing CM 4000... To me this combination was brutal, although Im sure if he didnt have that ubber hammer he would notbe as tough, but it seems like a solid templete...

Show you how brutal that hammer was, even with my armor on he was hitting me for over +1000 damage per hit....I think i only lasted maybe 20 seconds lol

What I wouldnt give to get the name of his weaponsmith

Yes it is so funny how I warned the devs over and over that these idiotic changes would do nothing but make things 5 times as expensive. To make really good armor now it costs me more than I can sell them for...you ready for these numbers....

for one suit of layered armor...132 layers...final cost of JUST the layers due to the insane extinct resources needed: 749,500 credits per suit.

I even have switched to making economy armor now...still the absolute cheapest suit I make (with almost no stats..nothing above 2000) still have to charge 80-120k

we are being led by morons people, total f-ing morons

I've got the same template as you and I've got through 2 sets of armour so far since the CU, I dont even bother repairing it anymore.

You shouldn't be getting hit at all vs melee and vs Ranged you should be doing Rupture/Shock/Intimidate and you wont get hit very hard at all.

It sounds like your armour is taking a beating because you are not playing to the strengths of that template.

I've been getting beat up too. I went to buy some stormtrooper armor the other day. I know you used to have to buy it with Imp faction, but I figured that now that you have to buy it with credits you didn't need to have the faction points. Wrong. Now I'm going to have to buy some faction from a smuggler. I had no idea I'd have to spend 300k + faction to get one piece. Its pretty nice, but that's tough.

Not really a dump MP (I'm MP/MCM) comment, more an I'm sick of buying a lot of armor too comment.
