Thread: Does Advanced Infect even do ANYTHING?

I was fighting a Jedi tonight and noticed that his health bar was rather hefty so I decided to hit him with an Infect to lower the cap (or so I thought) and drop his health down to a more reasonable level. To my dismay however the Infection didn't do what I thought it was which brings me to the question - WHAT DOES infect do?

It gradually lowers the health of the targetfor me but only makes it to about 200 health before the debuff wears off. After the effect wears off, the health then goes back to normal. It'sa broken/worthless skill.
