Mine stillwork fine as of 1 hour ago, perhaps they are overt and your are neutral and covert opposing faction?

It's a bug that happens at weird times and mostly in crowded areas.

Happened to me a few times last night. Seemed random as to when it would happen. I would be charged the mind it would take and the animation would play but no charge from area stim and no heals.

yes, and it's very frustrating when your group dies in a very tough area, just because your area stims decided to stop working
