but I'm looking for a price to offer him to get started while collecting resources again long since retired and very little left

well on my server poison Cs sell between 2k-3k each not sure what your server is like

Well my eff on my packs are slightly less than those but my charges and range hit 40+ by default. I sell my Single Bs for 8k, my AE Bs for 10k, Single Cs for 10k , and AE Cs for 12k. So if you were to buy from my shop it would run you 400k.
