Does Ranged healing speed have anything to do with how fast you can apply poisons? Or is it just talking about ranged stims?

I looked through the FAQ and didn't see an answer...can anybody help with this one? I have the same ?

The ranged healing speed skillaffects all ranged medicines, including ranged stims, area stims, individual and area poisons, and individual and area diseases.
