Thread: Are some people really serious about the area debuff idea?

Some people take the term debuff to literaly.
Debbuf as in intimidate, stun, or some new state effect that is, in essence, a negative buff.
And yes, I am serious of it in that context.

Intim, dizzy, etc are all states. Thats probably why people don't think of area debuffs as effecting these things. When I hear area debuff (and some people probably are serious about it) I think of a person's HAM being effected.
