I dont want to argue or cause a trolling but last night I was pvping and I was fully buffed even with the psn and disease resistants. A combat medic comes along and sticks a 600 a tick damage poison and disease on my mind. I backed off and took 5 minutes to meditate it off. I thought well that was the 5% chance it always sticks. I went back 4 more times and both hit everytime and either triple incapping death, deathblowedor meditating it off. Now my question is:

Did the patch change the resists or did this combat medic find a way to bypass my resistant buffs everytime he threw a poison and disease?

Resistance does not equal immunity.

Yes, the resistance vs potency formula was changed recently, but not in any significant way. High potency poison sticks about 50% of the time on your average resist buff.

200+ maybe?

Actually, let me rephrase that; Potency equal to the strength of the resist buff sticks roughly 50% of the time.
