Will not let you throw poisons faster. Never used it much for anything besides buffing, especially since patch 10.
I haven't found the need to use it with area stims yet, so I have not tried.

I'd guess you could probably use it to heal wounds rapidly. No idea if it works for healing damage with stims. But Havla use and benefits seems to be geared more towards doctors than CM's and Medics. Another bone for the Docs with nothing for the CM's. 169 skill points, everyday I see more and more reasons to resent it. Oh well.

Before Patch 9, Havla could use to let CMs spam poisons and diseases with no delay. This was never intended, and the devs removed that ability.
Now you can use it for throwing of Area or Ranged Stims...or normal healing things. However...Havla is pretty much useless. Especially b/c it breaks your ability to heal now.
The CM nerf was just the overpowered resist buffs coupled with the range nerf (b/c even max experimented range poisons can't hit 64m anymore).

I have been under the impression that Havala is no longer helpful to CMs since the recent CM nerf. Can someone please tell me what usefulness Havala has for the CM? Does it make them throw posions faster, heal faster, etc. I'm very confused and am tired of getting contradictory responses. Please clarify. Thanks
