Just after a price check on a Nyax Necklace it as a +5 comabt medic effectiveness.............

The effectiveness mod does not work for CMs.


It's worth however mch you think the bling factor is.

I don't understand why they put things like that in the game if they don't work.

I know it's been that way for awhile now, but it has never made sense to me.
