It may be a little specific for the trade forums. It's still worth a shot. You also might want to post it on your galaxy's non-trade forum as well, worth a shot...
As for finding a vendor, one possibility is to do occasional searches for combat medics (specifically, master combat medics), and ask people where they get their poisons from.
Finally, you don't need to be a slave to resources. Assuming you are established for a few weeks, you should easily be able to harvest enough resources to last you a year. I would personally say that if you already have some resources, I would just stick with harvesting for a little longer and get stacks of 100k of what you need. Then, just forget about resources, even if something better comes along. If it's not worth your time harvesting,don't waste your time trying to get an extra 3% stronger poison.
