ok lets say i went mr/mcm (already the mcm and love it). Now in pve if i disease the focus or willpower of a target then nailed him with a mind bleed would that be a good combo, or a waste of time. Should i just stick to the mind poison and disease and mind shot?

If u r in a huge battle u should see a 350 focus are disease ticking and those zabra rm dieing from spamming

Secondary diseases can be useful in PVE against MOBs with very high HAM. The more diseases you put on them, the faster they build up BF, and the larger each disease tick gets. Other than that, there is really no use for them at all. In PVP, the armor encumberance keeps secondary diseases from doing anything.
