I've got 2 jars of 177 power spider venom that I want to make a MPDU-C with, should I use a 5/226 bile for lots of uses or is it going to lower the effectiveness too drastically over say a 10 power bile?

I would go for the more use bile. The venom is what is already giving you a power boost.

The bile's power translates 1-1 in the end result, so no matter how much you experiment with it the 5 bile will only be 5 power worse than the 10 bile. It works just the same as ABECs for docs. Go with the bile with more charges.

Thanks for the input everyone, I used the high charge bile and made 161 potency, 462 effectiveness, 259 charge mind poison C
