Hi all.

- In which situations should you use a combat-medic, considering enemies and the likes.
- In which situations shouldn't you use a combat-medic, considering enemies and the likes?

Come with some input

Can you be a bit more specific? PvP or PvE? As a support person they are great especially now that base npc's are much tougher. In PvP they can be devestating or just a nuisance depending on how they are played. You abilities are limited to healing, MIND healing, and DoT'ing. Important curing can only be done by a doctor. It all depends on the role you choose to play or get assigned by your group leader.

Well, that question is not very specific, but I think I know what your asking.

In PvP, a combat medic is the most useful profession to have in group. Even when Knights in your group are fighting Knights from opposing faction. As long as you have some strong area Poisons, and can keep your opponents within range of your Poisons then you will have your hands full. Once they see you as a combat medic (basically right away) You will be forced to have your group to keep you alive. My guild as of lately, have been spanking the imperials mercylessly because of my profession. It has gotten to the the point, where Rebels who hate the imperial side have joined the imperials for the sole purpose of fixxing the odds in PvP again.

SORRY TO RANT, BUT ALWAYS USE YOUR COMBAT MEDIC.

Thank you for the answers, yes, that's sorta something that I'm looking for.

To give you an idea:

In which situations should I heal? (High-end PvE? PvP? What else?)
In which sitautions should I inject others with the 'b4d 5tuff'? ( )

Just sitautions where I should do or avoid using the Combat Medic's abilities (I heard that it's a bad idea to throw poisons in the DWB )

PvP you should be well stocked with a variety of poisons. On your toolbar, you should have the poisons you are most comfortable with in PvP. In PvE, I would never use my uber dots. Why? Because it is a waste. Loot chance is increased/decreased by your damage output. If you are only putting out 1k dmg per hit, every 6 seconds. And your uber poisons are meanwhile, stacking on an Elder, and hitting for 2k-3k dmg. Your chance of a grood drop decreases. I have been testing this theory of mine for a while now. And I have tested in prime locations/conditions (NS on Dath/Loot was Working).

In my opinion, your uber dots should be used in dire situations. If you know you are going to die, then dont bother waisting a nice 650+ Eff on someone who is going to kill you. Unless that is your in a large group, with a bunch of people that will continue to fight long after you clone.
