So I'm a Master CM/ Master rifles and I have tried this in PvP a little, but I have to admit that in the battles I have encountered I tend to go down very fast. So after a few off these fights where I end up cloning while the others keep going I have made a few good experiences which is now going to change my way off fighting, but let me run these tactics by you guys and lets hear how you go about in PvP.
Problem with rifles are the lack off defences. So if any oponent actually spots me and starts beating at me I'm down in notime. I never use the cm title, but obviously the throwing is easy to spot and I guess it does'nt take much time to get a reputation as cm. So the problem is, do I enter the centre off the battle to use my area attacks and also the area heals to it's full extent, or should I lingre in the outskirts and use the mindshots more on anything that gets too close?
I also understand the meaning off eating the right food in these battles, specially the need for Thakitillio as my deaths usually starts with a dizzy/ kd. I'm also usually taken down by a Jedi, so the armor is useless, and I eat Synthsteak to last just a little longer. The usual brandy is standard, but should I use canape's or Ahrisa? And do you all pop a moun gold when it heats up? I can never make up my mind as I think the downers are always inconvenient.
Then there is the master medic issues, I am thinking about purchasing some poison and disease heals, but as I don't have any doc skills I need these to be med use 50. How usefull are the heals and fireblankets made for master medics?
And what stats do you attack? As I'm a rifleman myself I want some mind stuff, and when I have poison and disease for mind, both area and singles I already carry 4 items. So I'm thinking no way I can carry all the different stuff, all the poisons and diseases for all stats, area and sigles. How do you guys choose?
Lots off issues here, let's hear how you guys think when you prepare for battle!

I could just start naming off things you should have if ya wanna be the best pvp'er out there. But main thing i wanted to say is a sliced lightsaber psg <with anti decay kit if ya can> and if you have it in your tool bar you can use it only when needed. With venom made poisons and any ol disease your opponents shouldnt last more than a couple minutes. Have your stats all migrated to mind. And if ya can 2 cms healing eachothers mind is awesome. Go for mind for sure. Don't be afraid to run , your riflemen with 50 terrain negoation. Let the dots do the work. Dont even give em a chance to dizzy kd ya.
Heres the deal ahriza vs canape, ahriza lasts way longer than the filling. Canape is best used during combat or right before. But say ya know in 4 hrs big pvp and your out killin krayts, or campin the spider or sumthin ya dont need your food bar for. You can start downing ahriza and by the time couple hrs go by eating as much as ya can of it , you can get your focus up to insane amounts. This is what i do for muon. I got it in my toolbar, when I know I'm outnumbered, or know im gunna die, I drop it just to finish throwing my poison/disease stack. Dont clone right away. Don't know how much pvp rating ive gotten from 3 incapping victims after my own demise. Other foods i use to prepare are Pikata pie <i love this stuff> ,Citrus snow cake, and you already mechioned sythsteak and thakillo.
Hope i helped, goodluck. -East

I have a very odd templete, but im trying to make it work for me....Doc 4-0-0-0 --I can cure all states (dizzy), all dots. I have to have janta blood to make high lvl a-cures for the nasty stuff out there... and extinguish fire is nice to have as well; Master CM of course, and rifle 4-3-0-4.... Ive found in duels I can win almost any as long as I kite, and hit /burstrun b/f the duel....stack my stuff and run to 50m or so and mind shot away...ive had to get lots of CA's to get a bit more rifle speed and some melee defense...In large group PVP the first poison I throw I get targeted, If not b/f I throw something, so stealth is key with this templete... foods i eat: thatk, systeak, havla...pop off 4 heals/dis/poi in seconds, muon for last minute burst in Tool bar, have some ithorian mist for vs dizzy, some citrus snow cake for those ranged guys (increases attack accuracy)... I have em all in my tool bar, and generaly make on the fly decisions on most foods, but thak, brandy, and havla are in my system always generaly... Because of jedi, I rarely pvp anymore except for duels, but with CU maybe that will change. You were asking bout cure poi/dis, and dot healing, and this is my temp, b/c I had all those things in mind making my toon. Its kept me alive lots of times, getting nasty ticks off me, or mind fire out, or a dizzy off b/f the kd lands... but b/c of my lack of defense w this temp, (despite my ca's, foods, armor, buffs, and drugs) Ive died a lot with it too. I still like the temp, and plan on keeping it =) With your temp, MCM/MRM you should find AA"s or CA's for rifle speed and cap ur speed, along with some nasty venom poison youd be feared! Ok thats my two cents....

You seem to know your tactics in most spots, thats just how it is being a CM/rifleman. You have to eat lots of defensive food and have a talented group working with you. Don't be afraid to kite.
It's best to have muon gold and neuron pixie in your toolbar and use them like emergency stims in case you're about to get incaped in any pool.
Cure fire, cure poison, and cure disease are doctor abilities, meaning even if someone could experiment the items down to 50 for you they would not be useable unless you picked up a line or two from doctor.
I personally, as a pistoleer/cm carry area health and poison diseases (C and B both) and some single mind made with good spider venom for single targets, usually a jedi or tka, whoevers the closest personal threat.
Mind targetting is going to be the most effective strategy much of the time, but I wouldnt underestimate the ability to strafe with a good rifle; either a dxr6 or a jawa (a lot of people dont wear chest plates with enough protection for an AP1 stun weapon).
Lastly, you're going to stay alive longer if you can be sneaky. Hang back, maybe wait a few seconds while your enemy starts attacking your better templated teammates before attacking.

I was once this template, it is a lot of fun if you play it right.
Invest into the following:
A good Krayted Jawa or T21
Area Mind Poisons with very high Effectiveness, and 100+ potency.
Area Mind Singles with very high Effectiveness, and 100+ potency.
Area Disease (Focus) You may not be able to visibly see this one tick, but it will kill the people who are using a ton of specials. It is deadly on melee stackers.

With the amount of skill points I've dumped into CM, I only PvP in groups. I'm still learning PvP as a CM though, so take what I say with a grain of salt.
I try not to draw attention to myself, and focus on keeping my team healed. In those brief intervals that no one needs healing, I poison people and try to land states on them with my carbine. I like to keep the range of my poisons and heals near 40m (not exactly sure what that equates to after skill mods) so that I can stay in the back and hopefully not draw the attention of the melee stackers.
I've found that the small group of people I PvP with becomes exponentially more powerful when I'm around with our doctor, mainly from the fact that the doc and I are the ones worried about their HAM and states, and they can just worry about dealing out the damage.
