I'm having the same problem. Can anyone confirm that I need a personal crafting station?

yes you need a personal station/droid. Public crafting stations suck

Alright i am a pretty new MCM, and I encoutered something odd when i was in the Death Watch Bunker with 2 of my friends. We started attacking a SBD and other numerious enemies and the people in my group were healing them selves just fine and i would apply mind disease to the non droids and stuff. All of the sudden both people in my group Health and Action gets low. So i throw in a area heal and it only heals my self. So i target one of them and i throw another one, same thing. By this time i am getting a little fusterated and i select nothing hit peace (i was not the one tanking) and try again, and no joy. Am i doing somethin wrong or is another bug i have encountered?

This can happen if they are "Overt" and you are non-combatent. Basically it means you cannot heal them and the only thing that can be found to heal is you.
That's my guess...

Area stims bug out a lot, unfortunatlely. Seems to only happen in laggy situations, probably something to do with the large number of checks the stim has to perform.
Sometimes they only heal your target, sometimes they heal everything but your target, sometimes they heal enemy pets, sometimes they give you an "out of range" message when you are right on top of them. The thing to do here is switch to normal ranged stims. While these are inferior they always work. This is one of, if not the most important problem of the CM profession.
