Thread: Where Do You Put Your Crafting Points?

How do the tick/Eff work out? Im a MCM and 11 point. I am still tring to fiqure out the "tic". I know its how often it hits on the player for and its related to the potency. Is there a math forumla to fiqure how often it will tic? Also I have been crafting and i will use about 8 to 9 crafting points in the effect alone . Should i focus more on the potency part more? Am I doing it wrong?
