Combat Medic Archive

The Master Combat Medic gets, among other things, a +10 Terrain Negotiation skill mod. But the entire Sub-Tree "COMBAT MEDIC SUPPORT" gets nothing but Combat Medicine Use skill mod, it seems the developers left out the Terrain Negotiation bonus.

The Combat Medic Support skill tree box descriptions say
"AIDS THE COMBAT MEDIC AT GETTING TO THEIR INJURED COMRADE FASTER"
To me, that implies that that tree line should have a Terrain Negotiation skill mod, if not an outright speed mod on flat ground as well.

Is this skill mod just missing from that tree? Currently is has only one skill mod and its not related to that description.
