I believe this was the schematic that was bugged no? Just wondering if that was fixed.

was not fixed on test so doubtful

bugged how? only thing I ever noticed was using mediocre resources netted me a whopping power of 17 with advanced IA and regular IA using HQ resources netter me a power of 15...

The adv RC is the 1 that is bugged. don't know if it's been fixed.
