does this mean we wont be using the medic stuff like liquid suspension, BEC, RC etc?

cause this takes away my advantage as a Doc/CM and makes me look for even MORE resources?

Liquid suspensions, CRDM, and Bio Effect controllers are still used by CM's in the ranged and AoE stims. The CM without doctor skills will only get 5 experimentation points toward these components

Dispersal mechanisums, Infection Amplifiers, and Resillience compounds are given to the novice CM now and the advanced versions are given in the second box of CM medicine crafting. CM's without doctor skills will now have 10 experiment points toward these components.
