Combat Medic Archive

I am thinking about switching my template around to get CM as I luv dots in mmorpgs.

Not being familiar with CM's at all .....

My question is.... what skills in the CM tree will give me the most effective poison/disease usage? (I am not worried about making them as I can buy them)
